The platform operates as an electronic marketplace and intermediary, connecting suppliers, sellers, and product manufacturers with buyers of the displayed products. It facilitates the listing, marketing, and sale of traditional and modern women’s fashion products, with a particular focus on abayas, mukhawar, embroidered fabrics, heritage textiles, and other products permitted for sale under the company’s commercial license.

Tru Thread operates as a technical and commercial intermediary, linking independent sellers and product providers with end consumers.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of users’ data and to complying with the provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the related regulations in the United Arab Emirates. User data shall not be disclosed except to the extent necessary to execute orders or as required by law.
